We offer an 8-year warranty on all new Citroën vehicles, provided the vehicle is serviced annually in accordance with Citroën's manufacturer guidelines. Following the recommended servicing schedule helps maintain warranty coverage and keeps your vehicle performing at its best.
Most Citroën C3 models should be serviced once every 12 months or according to the recommended mileage interval outlined in the vehicle handbook. Depending on your C3’s age and mileage, this may include an Interim, Main or Major service.

Your Citroën service history may be recorded in your vehicle’s paper service book or stored digitally through Citroën’s Digital Service Record system, depending on the age of your car. If your vehicle has previously been maintained by Slip End Garage, our team can help you access or update its digital records and provide details of any previous work carried out.
New Citroën vehicles come with a manufacturer warranty for three years or up to 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. Warranty terms can vary depending on the vehicle, age and coverage selected.
Citroën’s three-year/60,000-mile warranty typically covers manufacturing, mechanical, paintwork and anti-perforation defects during the warranty period. Any covered repairs are carried out free of charge by manufacturer-trained technicians using Genuine Parts for complete peace of mind.
The warranty doesn’t usually include wear-and-tear items such as tyres, brake pads or routine servicing requirements.
Extended warranty options may also
be available for eligible vehicles, helping you enjoy reassurance for even
longer.
